Register for our July show

Join us for our fifth online jam on 19 July 2020. The show starts at 7.30pm UK time, is free to attend and all are welcome.

We will be exploring what’s going on in our heads through the theme of addiction. To be an audience member all you need to do is register and you will be sent login details by email so that you can join via Zoom on the night. You can choose to whether to have your video on or off.

We’ve another inspiring and talented line up for this show.

Chris Tait, AKA Tait Nucleus, from Electric Six will be streaming in from Detroit. Chris set up Passenger and Compass to support musicians in recovery, and he will be performing two of his songs live and unplugged.

Singer songwriter MIRI will be joining us to perform one of her songs and sharing insight into what it is like to grow up around addiction.

Remember Sean Houlihan from our body image show back in the days we were able to perform at live venues? He will back with another spoken word performance and will be exploring the topic of exercise addiction and muscle dysmophia, “big-orexia”. He’s promised us a mini audience yoga session too!

Our rapid DJ set this month is coming from Garry Webb, aka ProdBear who will be getting us dancing on our sofas and around our living rooms.

The talented poet and metal worker Henry Johnstone (remember him from our Hope themed show?) will be back to perform a poem that talks to his own experiences of addiction and recovery.

And let’s not forget our zoom audience who make the shows with their chat commentary, questions and participation in our quizzes and polls.
