What’s Going On In Your Head? is a proud partner of SHOUT LIVERPOOL the free film and arts festival taking place on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th April at Bluecoat, Liverpool.
The festival includes a diverse range of activities and discussions, all aimed at breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health. You can see the schedule and free ticket details here.

What’s Going On In Your Head? Be The Light Screening and Q&A
We will be screening our stigma-busting audio-visual film directed, edited by Liz Smith and produced by Jon Salmon. Featuring performances from artists including Shocka, SK Shlomo, Hyphen, Daragh Fleming, The Castell Brothers and mental health advocates Jonny Benjamin MBE, Emi Howe, Jake Mills, Angela Samata, Finlay Games and Jo-Anna Sell.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Angela Samata, Jane Boland, Neil Avery and Jon Salmon.
SHOUT LIVERPOOL will also be screening “Talk It Out” music video, written by Neil Avery and Nigel Planer which was created by Byte Entertainment.

It has been created to give a voice to filmmakers, artists, poets, musicians, actors and performers. By engaging with artists, connecting with communities and forming collaborations, we celebrate the artistic achievements of people with experience of mental health issues.
This Event is for 18’s and over, and is sponsored by The Arts Council England, Ashford Place, Irish Community Care and Silver Mountain Productions. This two day event is brought to you by Ashford Place and free to attend.
