Jonny Benjamin performed this poem at our isolation online jam that took place in the early days of lockdown. He is a mental health activist, filmmaker, vlogger and writer. Jonny’s book, The Stranger on the Bridge, tells his story of growing up with mental health issues, his diagnosis of schizo-affective disorder in his twenties, to where he is today.
