If you joined us for our May show with the theme of “kindness” you will have been there for the debut of Kenton Hall’s song “Careful How You Go”. Kenton wrote it especially for the show but now he has recorded it and it has become the first single for his forthcoming album “Idiopath” by Kenton Hall & The Necessary Measures. How cool is that?
It gets even better though. All proceeds from the single will be donated to MIND, the Mental Health Charity and to Black Minds Matter UK, an organisation that works to connect black individuals and families with professional mental health services across the UK. Everyone involved in the song and video gave their time and talents for free, even though they couldn’t be together to make it.

Undeterred by lockdown Kenton et al were even able to make a video to go with the song!
